#RoadToStanChart peak training block and StanChart rehearsal run (fast finish long run) are finally behind us 😮‍💨🥳🎉🙌 I think this officially marks the start of the tapering block aka StanChart finisher's medal bite practice 🤭😄😁 So proud of the work we've put in for the past 13 weeks with the support of Coach @dedanmiricho. Over 1 year of encouragement (read: peer pressure 😅) from @komers_leki, @maxradio and @kenmwirotsi, I finally decided to dip my feet in the long distance category with a 14k run on 28 June. And that pushed me off the ledge to train for my first HM. Me, ka'Maureen who never entertained the thought of ever running anything above 10k, me, is running 19k nonstop! 😮‍💨💃🎉🥳🙌 I serve a living God! Three more weeks to the start line, and I'm so stoked! by @maxradio
