A huge thank you to @cleeksgolfclub for the opportunity to be part of the team again to end the year.
@livgolfleague for the opportunity as a Reserve these last 2 seasons and for everything that came with it. To compete alongside so many icons of the game — players I looked up to as a kid and throughout my career — is something I’ll always appreciate.

I look back at incredible experiences, great people, and a lot of memories I’ll carry with me for the rest of my life.

Time to continue the work and find some form to finish the year strong @asiantour 🚀

Feel vs real…
Working on a few settle things in my take-away and transition this week in England.
Can you spot the difference?

It’s already been an amazing few days at Valderrama. While I am resuming Reserve player duties and so far spent my time practicing this week, I was also fortunate to meet and spend some time with the kids from @valderramafoundation . A truly incredible program and some seriously talented kids. Watch out golf world!

15 minutes a day on your thoracic spine. Here is why:

Most golfers generate power from their lower back. That is exactly how they end up injured.

The golf swing demands rotation - and that rotation needs to come from the thoracic spine. When it is stiff and restricted, your body compensates by loading the lower back and hips instead. Round after round, that compensation adds up. And eventually it costs you.

A mobile thoracic spine means a fuller turn, more power, and a swing that works with your body - not against it.

15 minutes a day. Do not skip it⛳🩺

Thank you to @maxrottluff for the swing demonstration!

Great week so far with @bigwillystarke on the bag for LIV Golf Virginia. Course is in impeccable shape and a true test of golf with the winds we have been seeing, playing at 7693yds (~7000m). Better hit it!

Korea this week 🇰🇷
Traveling from Singapore made it fairly easy. Monday focus is on the body and the mind.
This week is somewhat unique as we aren’t welcome to show up to the course before Tuesday afternoon. So a bit more time to relax and enjoy the perks of traveling across the world.

Wednesday is going to look different!
