Here’s a flier I made for a show happening this week that you must go to

Playing some records in between bands

Tactile Sob is a great new band I recently had the pleasure of recording and you will soon have the pleasure of listening to their tape.

If you don’t already know Artificial Go or Guiding Light, what are you, some kind of subterranean mole man? by @maxwellbottner

I say this about pretty much every show I book but I really mean it every time… this is an important gig. The Cradle (Paco Cathcart) is one of the best songwriters out there. And the other acts on here, listed on the flier I made, will each bring something unique and special that will culminate in a perfect evening of song and dance by @maxwellbottner

AMAZING GIG NEXT SUNDAY!!!
Do not miss the Spatulas. They are on tour from Bloomington, IN and they are one of the best interesting rock bands in the country. Seeing them at Bread and Roses last year was a mind blowing experience that made me excited about rock and roll in a way I have rarely felt. The rest of the lineup on this show speaks for itself. If you miss this one you are totally insane by @maxwellbottner

🚨 Out Today! debut LP , ‘Red Hot Photo Committee’ from National Photo Committee / Future Classic ///

National Photo Committee is a Chicago band that sounds like they grew up in Virginia and got kicked out of college in Olympia. They have an unruly streak that suggests a strong DIY ethos and a ramshackle approach that doesn’t quite camouflage their ambition. They’ve got rough edges and bent corners. Songs scrape against each other, with attendant jolts that sometimes force changes of direction. Friction may knock National Photo Committee around, but it doesn’t slow them down or stop them from getting where they need to go.
