If you grew up in Britain, at least 7 of these were basically compulsory 😂🇬🇧

Which one did your parents absolutely hammer?

Nothing brings Britain together quite like 60 million people thinking their phone is about to self-destruct at the exact same time 😂🇬🇧

School WhatsApp groups need to be studied 😂

147 parents, 63 notifications and Jimmy's jumper is STILL missing.

At this point, check with Interpol, Tracey.

Send this to someone who's surviving the school WhatsApp group 📲

We're not saying we enjoy other people's misfortune…

but sometimes the universe deserves a round of applause 👏😂🇬🇧

There's a special kind of satisfaction in watching instant karma unfold.

Send this to someone who appreciates a little poetic justice 😏

These aren't just statistics.

They're fathers, sons, brothers, partners, colleagues and mates.

People with lives, families, friendships and futures.

And far too many are suffering in silence.

We can do better at checking in, listening and making it easier for men to speak openly.

Because behind every number is someone who should still be here. ❤️

If you're over 35, I guarantee you've said at least four of these in the last month 😂🇬🇧

The best part?
We don't even think about it.
They just come out.

Which one's permanently stuck in your vocabulary? And what absolute classic have I missed?

Tag someone who still speaks fluent 90s British TV 🤣

10,000 people following my midlife crisis.
What a time to be alive 🤣❤️

I set myself a target of reaching 10K before turning 40 in November, and somehow we've bloody done it.

What started with a few daft videos has turned into something I genuinely love doing.

The messages, the laughs, the people I've met and the support from complete strangers have honestly been brilliant.

Whether you're here for the British nonsense, the padel disasters or just to see what happens next, thank you.
Really. ❤️

And if you're new here, welcome.
Things aren't getting any more sensible.

Right, what's the next challenge? 😂

Being British is just a series of tiny humiliations that nobody ever talks about 🇬🇧🤣

The awkward door sprint.
The haircut you secretly hate.
And Darren ordering six Aperols when you've had chips.

We've ALL been there.

📲 Send this to someone who's guilty of at least three.

LIFE LESSONS FROM PADEL #3 🎾😂

Some people learn from their mistakes.
I just learnt how to make the same mistakes with slightly better survival instincts 💀

Still going full send. Still chasing everything. But this time I remembered I've got another hand ✋🤣

Life lesson? Always have a Plan B.

Follow for more questionable decisions and padel lessons learnt the hard way.
