I bought a @sramroad Force E1 groupset 3 years ago and since then I’ve made a few upgrades.
Here’s my top 5 improvements I’ve made to my SLC 5.
1. TEO carbon cranks and @mageneofficial power meter. - lets me replace the chainring myself if it wears down and uses a rechargeable battery- plus the carbon cranks are lighter.
2. Aero chainring. Pure vibes and aesthetic. @pass_quest
3. Hollow cage rear deraileur- always get compliments on how this looks. @absoluteblack.cc
4. Titanium bolts. Lighter & prettier.
5. Rotors and pads. Lighter rotors and graphene pads @absoluteblack.cc

Autumn has arrived & Dorney is back open.
Have a video this week on our race team- more specifically where things are going with @sportful (or not going).
Starting a team with a view to run it like a professional outfit is daunting AF.
Finding a kit sponsor is a pretty big deal- and it’s something I completely break down in the video. Let’s just say that we’ve hit our first hurdle but I’m ready for it! Let’s roll taken in Dorney Lake by @maxwilko

I love this bike- mostly all the little custom touches.
Here’s everything that’s had an upgrade.
• New chainring & spider power meter.
• New carbon cranks
• New disc rotors & pads
• New titanium bolts
• New oversized pully

Swapping out bars.
This one takes a bit of time but it’s not hard.
I’ve got a full video on how to do this releasing over on YouTube. Whether you want to swap to the @winspacebikes Hyper 2 bars or a different set it still applies.
I swapped mine over in about 30 mins & haven’t bothered doing a break bleed… yet. But I will do before Mallorca.

About to put some tyres on these and get them ready to roll. One of the best looking wheels when you spin it up. Love the branding and from first impressions the finishing quality is excellent.

iFit Scotland.
Day 1 & 2. From running on a @nordictrack treadmill in my bedroom in a flat in London to being a trainer on the platform shooting in Scotland. What a fun journey and a nod to persevering- if you enjoy something, lean into it, you really do never know where it will take you. In this case- it’s taken my to filming on the James Bond Skyfall Road in Scotland. What a wild journey. Let’s roll

Swapped out my bars and it’s brought my arms up more parallel. 40mm is a big change, I didn’t bother to cut my steerer, which I could do and get ride of the 10mm then I think this would fit great but there’s no going back from that. taken in London, United Kingdom by @maxwilko

T47 bottom bracket. T1000/T1100 carbon fibre. c.$2500 online.
D winglet. Deep fork. Can run up to a 32c tyre (but I’ve ridden a 33 on it fine).
