Tonight was an evening for family.

The boys and I said cheers at @wagamama_uk, we ate ice cream @kaspasdesserts and reminisced and told our favourite stories about an extremely important person, 3 years after the worst news possible.

Then we flew a purple lantern up into the beautiful clean starry night for Uncle Mike @mikegeorgeharris over Bristol from Troopers Hill. With a bit of persuasion to get going, it was a successful flight to pass a hug up into the sky with a tear in my eye.

People say it gets easier with time, but I’m not sure it does. You just learn to carry the pain alongside the memories. Today definitely isn’t just another day for me, and I know it won’t be for you guys either. Mike meant far too much to too many people, and I feel so lucky that we got to share so many memories with him.

I miss you, the boys miss you. We all do. Keep smiling down on us and giving us those energy boosts when we need it. Lots of love to you all 🧡💜🤘🏼

Great Sunday had at document for Fantazia.

Old school and jungle taking me back to when I first started listening to this music. The crowd was an older one, which I felt really at home with. Home by 10pm. And over 44,000 steps/dancing completed - see last picture for the proof!

Unbelievable night with amazing mates. #dadnlads taken in Document Bristol by @maxwilshaw
