Cannot believe the news this morning about #stevealbini . I feel sick. My band @a.one.a.band recorded with Steve in March of 2020. We were able to track 13 songs in 5 days and was one of the most incredible times in my life. Rest in Peace @steve.albini. My condolences to the @electricalaudio family 💔 by @maxxxvonwillmann

Saddened to hear the news of Mike Down’s passing. Mike was like a brother to me in the early nineties. He convinced me to move to Los Angeles. He was focused on his project TWIST at the time. We had plans to put a band together with Chris Bratton on drums . We had one practice where Mike broke his Les Paul by jumping into the ceiling fan. It was a privilege to know Mike and to be part of his creative legacy. Love to all the San Diego dude who loved Mike as much as I did . This picture is from the last time we crossed paths. In the late 90’s I spotted #rickocasic in a bodega around 19th st. We both ended up at the corner at the same time so I asked him for a picture. He was very nice. He changed from his regular glasses to his sunglasses. I asked him about the Bad Brains and @brianbakers working on his solo record. Was cool that he took the time to talk even if just for a couple minutes. RIP Rick. by @maxxxvonwillmann

I found an old power shot in a box and it seems to be working. OK I found out that it won’t take cards that are larger than like 8 MB but it’s a power shot a 530 and it makes some really kind of interesting low resolution video 480.
