The path laid a lot of obstacles, means it’s the right direction.

Some seasons don’t come with answers.

It’s about chasing something you love when nothing is guaranteed.

You don’t always get to choose what happens to you.

You do get to choose whether you keep going.

Grateful to Chris, @motleymodel for capturing this chapter

All the rehab, hard work, setbacks, and sleepless nights spent rebuilding my knee, it’s rewarding to see real progress again.

The beautiful struggle continues 🥀❤️‍🔥The mission 🏁isn’t done, but this is a start🏀🙏

It’s a blessing to wake up every day with the opportunity to work, keep pushing, and chase the goals I’ve been fighting for.

Today at House of Sun I went through cold plunges, Pravilo stretching, herbal baths, and sound meditation.

It felt like more than recovery.
It felt like hitting the reset button.

Here is I hanging out and getting taller

Thank you @houseofthe_sun_ for this amazing experience by @maxzsieg

Day 6 I didn’t take any videos but today.
Got realigned by the osteopath today and then hooped for 4 hours. Practicing my shots and reads in live situation.

Throwback to strength, mobility and Norwegian 5x2s building that VO2 Max and engine 🚂 🚀
