They finally came to Canada!! 😭 I can’t believe I saw their show this past weekend, it still feels so surreal lol. Thank you @beasfoolery for coming with me this weekend, you made this concert so much fun and left me with many core memories (Let’s do this again >:) )
.
The set list was so peak btw can’t believe I got to listen to Miroh and My Pace live in 2025 ;w;

🍂 The Shire 🍂
.
.
.
These are some painting studies of the Shire from the first LOTR movie :D Tried to practice playing around with textures, colour accuracy, and pushing colours a lil. Challenged myself to do each of these for an hour and only went about 15min over which isn't so bad :D

Happy two years to the love of my life <3 I can't believe it's already been this long, time flies with u.
I made this lil comic as a part of a series I'll be slowly sharing :) this is just a snippet of silly moments we have and how he saves the day lol

Waiting on the day we build Rivendell together, I love you lots 🐒♥️

Quacks on the Road!!! 🪿
.
.
.
I'm a wee bit delayed with sharing this one but this was my final shortfilm of the semester! I wanted to make this an easy one shot but turned out to be one of my hardest films to make because of animating and changing my idea. Despite it being hard I had a lot of fun working with @cambammonkman ♥️ From helping me with the character design and making funny scuffed recordings of us singing was so much fun :D Thank you for for all the car karaoke shenanigans that inspired this film :D
-
And ofc thank you @lilypichu for letting me use Sherbet Sky for this film!! We had a lot of fun singing it :)

🌸 Lux the Lady of Pearls 🌸
·
·
I've been quiet the past few weeks working away at this painting for the @leagueoflegends spirit blossom fanart contest!! I cannot count how many hours this took me, but it's finally done ;__; Happy that this contest gave me an excuse to paint lux :D
.
This is my own rendition on the theme I chose for the contest as lux forms her staff from water and the two pearls break from their stone shell :D
.
No matter the turnout I'm so happy with this piece, I've definitely improved a lot with digital painting since last year and learned a lot! :) Next steps for personal improvement is to explore more dynamic compositions (paying attention to value more) and avoid oversaturating with lighting/colours lol (I'll stop yapping)
Goodluck to everyone who's participating in the contest :)

Painting this made me realize how much I miss painting. This was a study from a photo I took last summer on a trip to Toronto with some friends which was a lot of fun, I like visiting the city every now and then :)

Second shortfilm from the semester!! It was so much fun trying to incorporate traditional mediums with this film and also trying a new style :D
-
This film speaks a lot about being a perfectionist, (and crashing out lol 💀) sometimes you gotta take a step back a bit :)

- Mom 🌼 -
First 15 second shortfilm from the semester, totally didn’t procrastinate posting this for 2 months :’)
—
This film was inspired by the dandelions and granola wrappers I would give to my Mom as a kid. Although this film is sad it is a love letter to those who are there for us in every stage of life.
—
And thank you to the talented @breadley_loaf for composing the music and being a part of this film. I swear the film wouldn’t feel the same without his music!!!

Painting study of my doge (*˘︶˘*).｡.:*♡
.
.
.
Here's a lil painting photo study I did of my beloved floof, took about 3hrs :D Tried expiramenting with texture and finding what I like prepping for pleinapril next year (ง'̀-'́)ง (I need to find someone to do this with and hold me accountable tho 🥲)
-
I may have slacked with posting again— might just spam some art from this year before the new year otherwise I'll regret it :')
