less than 24 hours….🎓

A true thank you to the St. Thomas Community for welcoming me since 2022. It’s been an honor to serve the university and represent bobcat nation. With a Bachelors in Business Management and now a Masters in Science in Human Performance, my time at St. Thomas has come to an end. The past three years at St. Thomas has felt so short lived yet compiled into many memories that I will cherish forever. My family who sacrificed so much for me to be able to walk across the stage twice, everything I’ve achieved is a reflection of the love, support, and effort they’ve poured into helping me grow. I’m truly grateful. My Lord and Savior Jesus Christ who instilled resilience, passion, faith, love, courage, humility, confidence, and perseverance into allowing me to thrive through each day to be a better person. Thank you to my strength and conditioning coaches for making me the athlete that I never knew I was capable of being. My volleyball coaches throughout the years who poured countless hours into shaping me into the athlete and person that I am today. My weightlifting coach who provided me with an internship of a lifetime that has allowed me to pursue weightlifting and test my knowledge in the field of exercise science. My teammates and classmates that I will forever be grateful for, my professors and mentors who always encouraged me, and my lifelong friends that I know I can rely on years from now. hello everyone !!
after a much needed break from social media, i have slowly returned to reconnect with the people i enjoy staying in contact with. This summer I have taken more time than usual to focus on my own self, grow in ways I didn’t think I would be capable of doing, and learning to accept my faith in God and allow him to be my savior. He has showed me many things i am capable of and allowed me to open my heart to him. Im coming on here because I want this to be a safe space for me as well as you guys because having a supportive community is so important in life and its something I’ve realized these past couple of weeks. I’ve never been the type to be so raw on social media either but I’m finally becoming more confident and comfortable in my skin to portray some of my life to the public. I’ve always dealt with insecurities and being unconfident within myself but I am starting to accept this process of being me. So, if you want let’s grow together and find happiness within ourselves.
