Want to know what it actually takes to look like this …Swipe👉🏼

No magic. No luck. And definitely no shortcuts. At 38, this is what years of training, discipline, good nutrition, daily movement and consistency looks like.

And yes — supplements are a big part of my daily routine. 💊 From protein and creatine to collagen, vitamins, minerals and more — I’m showing you exactly what I take.

Train. Nourish. Supplement. Move. Repeat. 🤍

Find my supplement routine at naturatherapy.gr ✨

P.S. using AI for creating the text and aesthetic quotes but not for my body … it’s very important to know to distinguish what is real and what is not nowadays…
Pictures 6 and 7 are completely untouched by AI , just my physique after years of hard work 🙌🏼💪🏼

Wild souls belong where the sea meets the sky 🌊🌅🏝️

Most of our summer was spent exactly like this — hidden wild beaches, no crowds, no noise, nobody around…
just us, the endless blue, warm sand beneath our feet and the sun slowly melting into golden hour 🌅

There’s a kind of therapy only the sea can give…
Salt on the skin, soft sand, sunsets painted in gold and that beautiful feeling of being completely free and Alive 🙌🏼

It’s always the simplest moments that fill the soul the most…
Sea therapy, golden energy & a wild heart ❤️‍🔥🌊☀️

September feels like a fresh start 🧡

The month when summer doesn’t end — it simply becomes softer…The sea is still warm, the sun still golden, but the noise slowly fades…🌊

I may sound a little selfish, but I’m happy to see the crowds go 😌 The beaches become quiet again, Greece starts breathing again… and somehow, so do I

And then there’s school starting — the kids return to their routines, their friends, their little worlds… and mama quietly gets a little piece of her freedom back 😌😅

How blessed I am to call Greece home, to live by the sea, and to have September as my own little summer vacation🧜‍♀️

Time to slow down. To tan. To swim. To breathe. To recharge…

August was summer for everyone…
September is summer for me 🙌🏼💙🌊☀️🇬🇷
