NYCRUNS Brooklyn Half with my lil sis @maya_manifest! She beat me by a minute, but I’ll let it slide with our nearly 20 year age difference 😂 Had fun on a crisp Spring day, and grateful that I get to do this at 51. I sound like a broken record - but gonna go until the wheels fall off!!!

“excuse me! do you speak English? do you mind taking a photo for me?” — most common words I have spoken in this solo adventure

having so much fun meeting people from all over the world who have also been drawn to the breathtaking beauty and expansive magic of the alps 🫶🏼😌🪄

dedicating this post to @avicii & other souls who left this world by choice, feeling they had no better option because continuing to live was too painful

this song which I have heard tons of times unexpectedly made me weep

“one day you’ll leave this world behind, so live a life you will remember”

was driving through the mountains of Lake Como back to Milan, an a wave of emotion came over me

I cried out, “Elohim (God)!!! THANK YOU!!!”

amazement and awe for the life I am living and the absolutely wild contrast of my tormented reality just a few years ago, when I truly did not want to live this life anymore. I begged for Hashem to end it for me, and thank God he didn’t

don’t give up. whatever you do, keep going. you absolutely got this and I love you

“say yes to life” is the title of one of my saba’s many books.
I asked this beautiful new friend to use my last Polaroid pic to capture me swimming in Lake Como (even tho no one else was)
we have this precious lifetime to live
gotta follow what makes us feel alive
on the theme of saying yes to life
pls check out my latest substack post (🔗 in bio) entitled “joyful communication with the ‘dead’: piercing through the veil”
