Whether you’re new here or have been around for a while — welcome to my little online space

I capture and share a lot of things that I love, discover or are inspired by on here whether it’s my travels, outfits or just life but don’t typically get very personal, so here’s some more personal facts about me that you might relate to, laugh at or be completely surprised by:

✿ Born and raised in London but my family’s from Spain, Mauritius and probably other places but we’ll save that for another time

✿ I’m either listening to bad bunny, olivia dean or relaxing spa music

✿ While I preach health and wellness, I still struggle with consistency, skin and hormone health

✿ I have an adopted bunny called cinny who I spend most (if not, all) of my day with

✿ What feels like a lifetime ago, I studied fashion marketing at uni and then became certified in holistic health coaching, yoga and now training in mat pilates

✿ I’ve done a range of jobs since I was 15 from volunteering, retail, styling, PR, events, modelling and content creation

✿ I’m a herbal tea drinker, matcha once or twice a week and can’t stand coffee (but looove a tiramisu)

✿ I love a self development or health book but struggle to finish a whole book and rarely remember what I actually read

✿ I thrive in sun and warm weather and truthfully hibernate during winter, so if I hardly post during the cold season, just know it’s because I’m freezing, staying indoors and simply just trying to survive until spring :) by @mayafidel
