In tonight’s class we focused on core engagement and leg strength. A strong foundation is so important in order to help you get deeper into the poses. By taking things slow and feeling each muscle engage you get so much more out of the practice as opposed to rushing to the next pose. The more you engage your core, the deeper you can go! 😊 by @mayaflowyoga

Got to work on my core strength and balance a little before class tonight with some headstands! Making sure I’m holding myself up with my arms and core rather than dumping in my head has been a big area of focus for me since learning these 🤸‍♀️ by @mayaflowyoga
