Although times can be extremely tiring… I always remind myself I GET to wake up and live this life and I wouldn’t trade it for anything. I’m so grateful 🙇🏻‍♀️✨

Last night was so surreal… One year ago I would’ve never thought I would’ve been standing in this position to be dancing in front of over 20,000 people almost twice a week… But somehow God continues to show up and show off. I just wanted to thank my coaches @_katiecolombero and kerri for constantly believing in my craft, and my squad for always hyping me up to say the least. I cannot wait to continue this season with a bang. It’s only up from here.💃🏻🌟

Some of the biggest reminders I’ve needed myself.

As a dancer, coach, and teacher, I constantly remind my clients and myself that growth isn’t linear. Some seasons are filled with progress you can see, while others are building strength you can’t.

Everyone’s journey is different. Stay in your own lane, trust the process, and don’t quit on yourself.

First HYROX in the books! 💪🔥

Without a doubt, one of the hardest things I’ve ever done but also one of the most rewarding. I’m so grateful for the opportunity to push my body beyond what I thought my limits were.

A huge shoutout to my partner Morgan for pushing me to my full potential every step of the way. This race was absolutely NO JOKE, and I couldn’t have asked for a better teammate.

Thank you to Coach Jaime for putting this all together. You continue to inspire me, and I’m incredibly grateful to have a mentor like you.

And finally, thank you to @christophernewbert and the entire @remede__wellness team for creating such an amazing community and cheering us on throughout the entire race. Your support means more than you know, and I’m so thankful to be a part of it.

Truly thankful.

This year, I decided to take a deeper step into my parents’ business, @bucks_county_dance_center

3rd generation here!

I’ve learned that running a dance studio is about so much more than dance. It’s the early mornings, the late nights, the planning, the emails, the costumes, the schedules, the problem-solving, and all of the little details that no one ever sees. Putting together a recital takes an incredible village, and I have never been more grateful for every single person who has helped make BCDC what it is.

To our teachers, staff, volunteers, dance families, parents, and everyone behind the scenes thank you. Your time, your love, and your belief in what we’re building never go unnoticed.

As much as we love teaching, BCDC has never been just about dance. It’s about creating a place that feels like home. A place where every dancer feels welcomed, supported, encouraged, and never judged. A place where they can come exactly as they are, work hard, be challenged, grow in confidence, and know they’re surrounded by people who truly believe in them.

That has always been our mission. Since (1958) and it always will be.

I also want to give a special shoutout to two people who mean so much to me.

Mom, thank you for teaching me more than you probably even realize over the past few years. Watching you build Bucks County Dance Center and learning from you every step of the way has been such a gift. Thank you for believing in me, trusting me, and showing me what it truly means to lead with passion, kindness, and heart. I wouldn’t be where I am without you.

And to my right-hand girl, @penelope_bellerjeau thank you for capturing all of the behind-the-scenes moments for the past SIX years. You’ve been there through every recital, every crazy day, every laugh, and every memory. So much of what people get to see is because of you. I appreciate you more than you’ll ever know. Love you always! 🤍
