suede dane martz finally made his appearance august 7th @ 11:32 am 🤍 at 41 weeks and 5 days weighing 8.10 pounds and 21.5 inches long- he was READY to vacate and we were so ready for him to be here 🥲 *feel free to swipe for labor photos & birth story* 🙏🏼 if you need a doula, i seriously cannot recommend @in_joy_birth enough. heather was such a game changer for my birth. she stayed with me, advocated for me, and helped me breathe through every single contraction. she was a life saver. by @mayamartz

what a year. traveled, moved twice, spent time with friends and family, challenged myself through work, married the love of my life in the most beautiful place, grew our son, delivered him, and have been experiencing the purest most unconditional form of love describable… I have felt trials and tribulations within myself through pregnancy, unmedicated labor, and postpartum, but all has been beautiful- in its own way. thank you 2024 for showing me a whole new perspective of this crazy ride we call life. cheers 🥂 🫶🏼 by @mayamartz
