🎶 This is such a special song to me, it’s called called “Vuela con el viento” English “ Fly with the wind “ by one of my favorite ceremonial artists Song by @aylaschafer it is one of the first songs I learned to sing in Spanish and play on guitar.🎸

I learned it when I was on my healing journey the first time I visited Mexico. 🌴

Learning these lyrics helped me connect to the culture and helped me feel the roots of the indigenous people in the riviera Maya. In my experience they are pure heart chakra, pure love. ❤️ Thank you for sharing your hearts with me.

❤️‍🩹Yesterday I was moving through some deep childhood abandonment trauma in my body, it was so painful.

That pain has not arisen in quiet some time, and all was called to do was move it through my body, to sing it through my body, and use the vibration to move and release the pain. 🌀

It felt so good to transmute the old pain in this way. 🥹

🎶 Music for me is not only my love, my self expression and my happy place.

🎶 It is also my place I go to heal, move through pain and Awaken to the truth of all of me!!!

🎶The is what art, selfs expression can be for all of us. It’s so beautiful, this life.

🎶 I hope this sound journey Awakens body, opens heart, your mind and your spirit!

My beloved and I have been growing together over the past three years, in a beautiful dance of support, reflection, challenge, and expansion. 💫

Our relationship has asked us to keep meeting ourselves and each other more deeply — to listen, to soften, to grow, and to keep choosing what feels true. 🙌🏼

And now, so organically, we have arrived at this beautiful place of co-creation. 🫂

Creating music together feels like another expression of the frequency we have been cultivating in our relationship — a meeting of love, presence, creativity, and shared resonance. 🎶

When Anthony plays the handpan and I sing, especially surrounded by nature, it feels like the music becomes a reflection of what is moving between us. 💕

I have been living in the intention more and more to follow what brings me happiness and makes me feel alive.

For me, that is nature, music, love, freedom, creativity, and creating with my beloved. 🌿✨

My awakening has been a journey of remembering who I truly am. I have fort for it for years, and I feel like I am finally in a place of complete peace, joy and knowing. 🥰

It hasn’t always been easy. There have been incredible highs, painful lows, moments of surrender, profound breakthroughs, and countless awakenings along the way.

But through it all, I’ve learned one thing: Never give up on the life your soul is calling you to live. ❤️

I believe we are all here to remember our truth, reconnect with our spiritual essence, and courageously follow our highest calling.

My passion and purpose are to support others on this journey. 🥹

What a beautiful afternoon on the Westside at @sanctuaryvenice. 🌴🎶

I had the honor of leading a vocal activation, guiding the audience to open their voices, sing, express themselves, and truly be heard. There’s something so powerful about toning together — it not only opens the heart, but helps regulate the nervous system and bring a sense of calm and peace to the body. 🧘🏽🙏🏽🧘🏽‍♀️

Watching everyone soften, breathe, and find their voice was such a gift. Thank you to everyone who showed up and shared the space with us. ✨

Angel Of Light 🎶👼🎶

This song is so special to me. 🥹

It came through when a friend of mine was going through a tough time in life, she left me message saying needed to hear one of my healing songs. 🙏🏽

So I began to record one in a voice note to send over to her, and as I was recording this song, I began to channel this song in the background, It was funning because I had to rush the recording before it went away lol , so as soon as I was done recording the first song I wrote “Angel of Light” in about 10mins. It came through so quick for her. 🙌🏼

I was on honor to sooth her with a song channeled from the divine just for her. ❤️

I hope it soothes your soul like it did for her and does for me. 🥰

On another note, I have been really diving deep into practicing my piano playing lately and had not picked up my guitar for a while, so my calluses had gotten soft before filming this, lol!

So please forgive the fingering as I have to balance rehearsals with 2 instruments, Guitar and Piano!! 🎸🎹

Missing You 🥹

Have you ever loved someone deeply, even when the relationship wasn’t aligned?
That kind of love can be so beautiful… and so painful at the same time.

This song was written about six years ago, during a tender and vulnerable chapter of my life. It came from a place of longing, grief, and truth. And even though the experience itself was painful, singing this song now brings me a deep sense of peace.

There’s another part of this story I’ll share another time — it’s actually quite funny. 😉

For now, my prayer is that this song supports you wherever you are — helping you move through any pain, loss, or mourning you may be carrying, and gently guiding you toward healing. 🤍✨
