You say “it’s fine” enough times, and eventually there’s no room left for what you actually want.

Love should have room for you, too. 🤍

My message to you is simple...

It’s never too late to start over or find love again.

The world needs more people willing to risk their hearts and create the kind of relationships that inspire others and show what’s possible when you get to know yourself, speak your desires, and do the inner work to reveal the best version of you.

Your epic love story is waiting for you. 💗

What would you choose if you weren’t worried about what everyone would say?

After divorce, everyone has an opinion:

“You’re dating already?”
“You’re STILL single?”
“You’d get married AGAIN?”

I was 39 when my marriage ended. I still wanted love - and I wanted to experience it differently this time.
You’re allowed to want that, too.

You’re also allowed to take your time, enjoy being single, or build a love that feels right to you.

Get judged anyway. So follow your heart.

Your next chapter only has to feel right to you.

What would you choose for yourself? ❤️

It’s easy to see the laughter, the affection, the way we look at each other.

What you don’t see is the work behind it.

The moments we got defensive.
The conversations we wanted to avoid.
The times an old wound showed up in a new argument.

Learning to say “that hurt” instead of “you always.”

Asking for what we need instead of hoping the other person will figure it out.

Owning our part.
Apologizing.
Taking space.
Coming back.

The goal isn’t to never trigger each other.

It’s learning to respond with love, honesty, and choice, instead of shutting down, getting defensive, or hurting each other.

Send this to the friend who deserves to be loved like this. ❤️

Especially if she’s been the strong one.

The one who gives so much.
The one who’s still learning she doesn’t have to earn love.

This kind of love exists.
And she doesn’t have to settle for less.

It took me years to understand what it really means to be well loved.

For so long, I believed love was something I had to earn. I thought if I could just be good enough, give enough, and be who someone needed me to be, I'd finally feel loved.

It wasn't until I started recognizing and releasing those old beliefs that I began showing up differently in relationships.

And in my relationship today, I'm experiencing what it feels like to be loved for who I am, without having to earn it.

That's the kind of love I want every woman to experience. ❤️

Send this to the friend who deserves to be loved like this.

Especially if she’s been the strong one.
The one who starts over quietly.
The one who gives so much.
The one who forgot what it feels like to be adored in the little ways.

This kind of love exists.
And she doesn’t have to settle for less.

You’ve done the inner work. But how do you know it’s actually working?

Maybe you’ve spent years trying to understand why certain experiences affected you so deeply.

But understanding why you feel something isn’t the same as responding differently.

The real shift happens when those past experiences no longer have the same power over how you see yourself, what you believe you deserve, and the choices you make today.

Especially in love.

You can recognize when something isn’t right for you and ask yourself what YOU want, instead of immediately questioning your worth.

Because letting go isn’t about forgetting what happened.

It’s about having the freedom to choose differently.

🤍 Save this as a reminder of what meaningful inner change can look like.

This thinking could be keeping you from the love you actually want. 👀

What if the problem isn’t being in a relationship but believing you have to lose yourself to be in one?

Because finding the right man is only part of it. You also need to know how to honor yourself when you fall in love. Which one is harder for you?

👇 6 things I wish more women knew about choosing the right man in your 40s

1️⃣ The perfect man doesn’t exist.

But a man who’s compatible with you and willing to grow alongside you? That’s worth looking for. The goal isn’t perfection - it’s choosing someone you can build with.

2️⃣ Your checklist may be getting in the way.

Not because you should lower your standards, but because checking every box isn’t the same as being right for you. Make room to notice compatibility, not just credentials.

3️⃣ Instant chemistry isn’t the same as long-term potential.

Enjoy the spark - but give yourself time to see what’s beyond it. Attraction is one part of choosing, not the whole decision.

4️⃣ Just because he wants you doesn’t mean he’s right for you.

Being wanted isn’t the same as being compatible. Alongside “Does he like me?” ask yourself, “Is he right for me?” And “Is he actually someone I want to build a relationship with?”

5️⃣ Promises mean little without consistent action.

Don’t just listen to what he says he wants. Notice whether his choices, effort, and follow-through match his words over time.

6️⃣ You don’t have to keep guessing.

If dating feels confusing, learning what to look for - and how to trust your own judgment- can help you choose with more clarity.

I used to think heartbreak would only leave me broken.

What I didn’t know then is that heartbreak, healing, and starting over would bring me back to myself.

Losing the life I thought I’d have forced me to face parts of myself I had ignored for years.

The grief changed me. The uncertainty changed me. The inner work changed me.

And slowly, what felt like the end became a return.

A return to my voice.
A return to my truth.
A return to the woman I was always meant to be.

Heartbreak changed me.
But it also brought me back to myself.

For a long time, “I’m not really a swimmer” was just something I believed about myself.

And because I believed it,
I lived like it was true.

I think we do that in so many areas of life.

Sometimes the hardest thing to change isn’t the circumstance.

It’s the story we’ve been telling ourselves about who we are.

“That’s just who I am.”
“I’m not someone who does that.”
“This is as far as I go.”

Just because something has been true for a long time doesn’t mean it has to stay true.
