‘With desensitization, ignorance and cognitive dissonance being the state that colonization has conditioned us to live in a culture of “Why should I Care?” and “I don’t Care, it doesn’t affect me.”

Care is what keeps us alive.

The less who Care, the more will die.’ - @jlcreator 🤎

Swipe to see my handmade Ling Ling O earrings✨ Not for sale (yet 👀)… Just something I felt called to create for myself 🤲🏽 The Ling Ling O is an ancient Filipino symbol of fertility, virility, creation, and balance - a reminder that the power to give life isn’t just about birthing babies 🥰 but also about bringing forth dreams, ideas, and new ways of being 🪷

The design - typically a C‑shape, sometimes with double heads - abstractly represents the female womb (outer shape) and the masculine phallus (inner gap). It embodies the sacred union of feminine and masculine energies, signifying abundant life, growth, and spiritual harmony 💫

It’s my intention to create a full collection one day.
But for now, it’s a reminder to me:

I am fertile ground. I am the creation.

A quiet celebration of where I come from.. And what I’m growing into 🤎🌑

04.08.24 👑 Celebrated 30 years of life, growth, and unforgettable memories with the people who make everything brighter. Grateful I’ve entered this chapter surrounded by amazing souls who have become such an integral part of my journey (not everyone’s in these pics tho 🥹) 💫 Some of you I’ve known forever, others I’ve met along the way, but each of you brings something unique and special into my world and you’re all a blessing to me. Thank you for the laughter, support, and love that has carried me through the highs and lows ❤️ Life has really thrown its challenges, but I wouldn’t trade this journey for anything 😊 P.S. Was so hapz over my ube cake 😂💜 Thanks to my ma! #fullheart #superblessed PSS - Wearing my original Palawan earrings from my first collection @mayaricollection A timeless fave 🤍 by @mayaricollection

Remembering to do more of what makes me happy 😊💃🏻 Remembering to go where it’s scary because I know that’s where I’ll find another new me. Remembering to value quality over quantity. Remembering everything I need, can be found within… by @mayaricollection

‘Our liberation will not come from any governing body who benefits from our deaths and destruction, it will come from and with community that loves our lives.

Grow trust in each other, not in the systems.’ 🎯
