really really late wilderness post, but thank you so much Piya and Abigail for inviting me backstage!!! lives were CHANGED !!!!!!! I wish I hadn't fallen all over my words and actually managed to have a real and normal conversation about music instead of her presence making my entire brain wipe itself clean (ahhh) also wish I hadn't been dressed up as Shauna Shipman so the photos would've turned out cuter rather than me looking absolutely chopped but oh well!!!! it's alright!!! I got a photo with most of TLDP! what the fuck! I'm so so grateful to have had the opportunity to meet a group of people who I admire so much for their music and their writing and their magnificent storytelling. A TLDP concert is the closest I've felt to world peace and I will die on that hill. There's something so magical about the atmosphere they create which is so addictive (5 shows and counting, not counting solo shows.... ). I hope they keep making music forever and I can't wait to see them in their next tour 🫶
I dropped my university deposit on wilderness tickets and I don't regret a thing #yolo
I fear I'm never going to shut up about this because what the fuck! Thank you Georgia, Lizzie, Abi, Emily and Piya for signing my copy of Frankenstein (the only thing I had on me !! was reading it in the queue😭)
