for the past 8 months going to the gym has been easier than eating a meal. it’s been 8 years since i got diagnosed but im finally “where my feet are”. anyway. i compared eating to the gym. just for affect lol. but really, think of this as like a fitness journey. but it’s just food. or fellowship over food. or both. by @mayasplte
