A couple of Saturdays ago I spent the day at the ‘March 4 Life’ for @newstatesman. March 4 Life is a growing, annual anti-abortion march with the slogan ‘life from conception, no exception’. Everyone I asked wanted abortion to be banned, even in rape cases.

Turns out, it’s also the only protest where you’ll see men dressed as St George and pro-Palestine socialists fighting for the same cause. (I’m open to being proven wrong about this but surely you’d have a hard time doing that?)
