This will be the hardest goodbye. Thank you for the game of softball for bringing me a family, a chance to prove myself, and how to change myself for the better.

Even at my lowest, after being told I will never be a good enough player no matter what I do, I worked my way back to the top. I learned to never let anyone dictate my love for something, even if they are in the position of power to do so.

Even though my car gained an extra 70,000 miles from driving to Newton, I do not regret a single thing. Thank you to G2 Heat for giving me a chance to play, learn, and grow. Thank you Coach Lee for believing in me when I did not believe in myself. Thank you for reminding me it is just a game, and to always have fun.
