Forget the bearded woman .. Main attraction today is this 70kg weighed GIANT Trevally.

@alessandrolupini came over from SA 🇿🇦 on a group share week on mothership Notus Temptress & Fleet.

The adventurer was lucky enough to not only land this incredible fish but share the moment with Eric Le Guyader (Orion Lures & Topwater legend) & another O.G @stewartnewnham who helped weigh the biggest GT they had all ever seen.

Weighed & Released. Could easy be heavier than current W.R but happy to call it a conservative 70 or what ever weight you see fit .. any which way it’s a total FREAK.

@zenaq - 80/200
@daiwaaustralia - Saltiga 25

One-off, made to order.

A custom lure we recently built for a customer @captunafishingcharter — hand-painted to spec, one of a kind.

We take custom orders year-round, but with gifting season coming up, now’s the time to get in touch — lead time on customs is up to 3 weeks, so don’t leave it too late.

DM us to start your custom lure !

The first of our Born & Bred series. Featuring core fishermen who use our lures, for work and for the love of it.

First up: Tyson von Bonde, commercial tuna fisherman.
MFV Black Pearl, a Tuna deck boat out of Hout Bay harbour in Cape Town.

Q:What do you do when you’re not fishing for work?
“Fishing for fun” - @tysonvbonde

Stay tuned for the full length, coming soon.
