Wrapping up this adooorable fall mommy & me series with these cuties! Local foliage is finally peaking, link in bio to grab your fall shoot date before the leaves drop!

Thanks again @@fit4mom_southwestchesapeake ! by @maygphoto

Having the hardest time narrowing these down because how are they all so cute?! 🥹 by @maygphoto

For me, this is arguably "the most wonderful time of the year" when the fall colors are finally starting to show in the Hampton Roads area!

(And tbh, it’s also the best time because we actually get cool breezes instead of summer humidity, and way less bugs! )

I recently had the honor of taking these fall photos for some amazing moms and their little ones to support our local Fit4Mom community. As moms, we’re almost always the ones behind the camera taking the photos, so getting them in front of the lens was everything.

Peak fall foliage is right around the corner, so don't wait till it is too late! by @maygphoto

The diva behind the diva. 👑🔥

Thank you for such a great space for us creatives to use @studiomuse_nfk <3 by @maygphoto

Main character energy ONLY. 🔥

Friendly reminder: you don’t have to deal with Virginia’s unpredictable weather to get bold, high-impact portraits! Studio sessions give you zero wind stress and all the space to let your personality shine.

Beverly (also my creative director for my dance photo sessions) is here to prove my point 😉😂 #verylateupload by @maygphoto

I have so much love for these two! 💜

I’ve been holding onto this STUNNING session for way too long! Beverly (A QUEEN) has been supporting my business for so long, and having her mom hop in front of my camera and support me too truly means the world. They both did so amazing (as expected)!

Thank you both for constantly supporting my small business,I am eternally grateful! by @maygphoto

Don't forget to get in the frame, too. <3 by @maygphoto

Ditch "picture-perfect" and let me capture their real personalities instead.

The goal is never going to be stiff, statue-like school photos, it’s about genuine connection, real smiles, and capturing who your family actually is in this season. by @maygphoto

If you’re worried your kids won’t sit still for a whole hour... I really only need 20 minutes!

Proof right here, this entire session was wrapped in under 30 minutes!

Fast paced sessions mean genuine smiles, zero meltdowns, and a gorgeous fall gallery, all done before anyone loses their cool. As a mom myself, I completely understand the "picture day" stress, and I’m here to make it fun, easy, and painless.

Missing Hawaii a little extra today..

Throwback to catching the absolute dreamiest golden hour with some of my favorite people. Honestly, if anyone needs a photographer for their next vacation, destination wedding, or getaway, I am ready for ya ;) #destinationphotographer by @maygphoto

No golden hour? No problem

Just because we didn’t get a "golden hour" doesn't mean we can’t get amazing photos! Overcast skies just mean it’s time to whip out the fancy studio lights on location (which I am currently LOVING).

Overcast sky + off-camera lighting = pure drama in the best way possible. <3

Had to test my light setup at home to do a client's headshots, && I think it turned out pretty good 🤷‍♀️
