Great having Thomas @chenery_fitness and Sarah, both PCA professional bodybuilders @pca_official training with us here in the World Famous @kissimmee_muscle_gym from their home in Boston, UK where they own @mayhem.gym

Of the more than 500,000 traveler visits through here from 127 countries and all 50 states over the last decade I’d estimate about 25-30% of our guests also own gyms of their own.

Always great to talk shop and we are looking forward to having Tom and Sarah on the @muscle_of_main_street Independat Gym owner Podcast soon!

Great having the two of you with us and looking forward to meeting Sarah tomorrow!

3 lads. Each weighing the same in their before and after photos. Very different physiques 👊🏻

This is why you need to understand BODY COMPOSITION.

Your weight tells you how heavy you are. Body composition tells you what that weight is made up of — muscle, fat, bone, water and other tissues.

Lose body fat and build muscle, and you can completely change how you look without seeing much change on the scales.

A kilo of muscle weighs exactly the same as a kilo of fat. It just takes up less space.

So if your waist is getting smaller, your clothes fit better and you’re getting stronger, don’t dismiss that progress because your weight hasn’t dropped.

Nobody walks around with their weight stamped on their forehead. Stop letting one number decide whether your hard work is paying off.
