Our little harvest diary 🤍
Year 2 of growing our own veg!

Look what we grew🥹🤍

First pick of the year!
You would think we had won the lottery 😂

Trying to dry our chillies, inspired by Stoyan’s mum in Bulgaria 🤍

A little kitchen counter takeover 🍅
Absolute satisfaction 🥹

From the garden to the dinner table 😋

We went from struggling peppers to enough for the freezer 🥹
Saving some to enjoy slowly!

Bringing this lot inside to make some space 🌱

And the tomatoes are still giving 😁

Still learning, still growing… together 🤍 taken in London by @mayitetr

Our first Mid-Autumn Festival at home 🌕🥮

We had mooncakes for the first time,
brought out our lanterns and shared oolong tea
It was such a nice and quiet evening together under the moon🤍
A must try 🥰

No big itinerary, just wandering Oxford, good food, and accidentally auditioning for Romeo & Juliet 🤭

Also, this @marksandspencerstyle dress understood the assignment🤎

One of those simple days that turns into a really good memory!

Are you more of a plan-everything person or a wander-and-see-where-the-day-goes person?
We do plan… but with the kids, we somehow always end up doing the latter 🥹😄

I just like making simple things feel thoughtful
I’ve learned not everyone notices that…
and that’s okay!

So now I pour my care where it can be received!

There will always be someone who sees the love behind it🤍

My praise to God today 🤍

If you could give your child just one thing for their future, what would it be?

Every fruit starts as a flower( what I’m calling a newborn 🤭)

We’ve destroyed more plants than we’ll admit to get here, but I’m learning that nature doesn’t need perfection from us
It just needs the right conditions, and it does the rest

How incredible!🤍

Anyone else getting ridiculously excited over tiny vegetables? 😁

Sometimes all you need is the sea, good company, and nowhere to rush to🤍

Building, growing, breaking, rooting🌿

Turns out growing a garden teaches you more than how to grow plants🤍

A family member once said to me: Y’all don’t go anywhere ( with a little smirk)
I innocently replied: I know, it’s hard with the kids…can’t wait for them to grow up

Then my little brain went : ohhhh….😢

Today I can happily say that I’m glad I’m missing out
I’m so happy doing the minimum and enjoying it to the maximum 🙌🏽

Everything truly has a time, it’s a wheel
So while I’m here, in this season, I’m protecting my slow Thursdays and drinking as much homemade Aperol as the bottle allows 😌

Come sit with us 🍹🤍
