Question: When's the last time you wrote code that flew at 400+ knots?

Mayman Aerospace is building autonomous VTOL aircraft that operate where navigation gets hard. GPS-denied, at high speeds, and in real-world chaos. We need a Software Engineer to make that work.

You'll customize PX4 autopilot, develop QGroundControl interfaces, build navigation algorithms for GPS-denied environments, and integrate sense-and-avoid systems. Then you'll travel to remote test ranges and watch your code execute in the real world.

What you'll do:
→ Develop and integrate flight-critical algorithms into a PX4 codebase
→ Work on advanced autonomous flight capabilities for a high speed airplane
→ Support hardware-software integration and flight test

This is venture-backed, DoD-contracted hardware. We move fast, we build iteratively, and we need engineers with 3+ years in C++ who take ownership and ship.

No corporate bureaucracy. No endless standups. Just hard problems and the team to solve them.

Question: When's the last time you designed a circuit board, sensor array or soldered a PCB that flew the next week?

At Mayman Aerospace, we created the world's only successful turbine-powered Jetpack. Now we're developing a family of unmanned, fully autonomous VTOL aircraft. You’ll start with RAZOR: the smallest, fastest heavy-lift VTOL ever designed, backed by DoD contracts and venture funding.

We need an Avionics Engineer who doesn't just design circuits: you'll solder them, test them, troubleshoot them, then strap them to an aircraft and watch them fly.

What you'll do:
→ Design flight-critical PCBAs, harnesses, and firmware
→ Get hands-on with assembly, integration, and test
→ Travel to remote test ranges and watch your work perform in the field

This isn't a "stay in your lane" role. From schematic to sky, you'll own it. If you've got 2+ years working full time in avionics, love circuit design, and thrive when things move fast, let's talk.

At Mayman Aerospace, that's not a career highlight…it's a Tuesday morning.

We're developing a family of VTOL aircraft. You’ll start with RAZOR: the world's smallest, fastest heavy-lift VTOL aircraft. Venture-backed, DoD-contracted, and currently on our fifth full-scale prototype.

We need a Mechanical Engineer who wants to design in the morning, wrench on the airframe in the afternoon, and fly at the test range by Friday.

What you'll do:
→ Design airframe components and test fixtures (SolidWorks, NX, etc.)
→ Get hands-on with fabrication and assembly
→ Own your designs through flight test…troubleshooting, modifying, and validating in the field

No throwing designs over the wall. No waiting six months for feedback. Just build, test, iterate, fly.
Your designs don't deserve to sit in a folder. They deserve to fly.

📢The Mayman Aerospace team are pleased to announce the successful completion of test flights for the #RAZOR P100, which will be the first commercial aircraft in the company's family of autonomous UAS.

The test program, conducted at the US Marine Corps Air Ground Combat Center, validated 18 months of meticulous engineering and development efforts. Most notably, the tests included the successful inaugural untethered flights of the RAZOR P100, which operated with complete autonomy while executing complex flight maneuvers that demonstrated the sophisticated capabilities of RAZOR's proprietary flight control software called #SKYFIELD.

SKYFIELD will transform onboard single-aircraft control into an autonomous #AI-driven mission management system. It will enable seamless swarming, integrated with Battle Management Systems offering commanders a unified airborne capability.
