What happened this week was beyond amazing. I will forever remember this week, I love each and every one of you and I am so proud of how you let God move through you this week, you are difference makers, world changers, God fearing individuals and I cannot wait to see each of you take ground for the kingdom of God! Let’s go do this😎🙌🏽🎉 by @mayo_martin
CAPACITY 2024!!!🙌🏽😎 This week was special, I saw God move in the lives of our students like never before. God brought healing, hope and restoration and I am beyond proud to be by their side as they take on this world for Jesus! To the ends of the earth!😎 “For God has not given us a spirit of fear and timidity, but of power, love, and self-discipline” - 2 Timothy 1:7 by @mayo_martin

As some of you know (or maybe don’t know👀) 6 months ago I said yes to a calling that I have been wrestling with for so many years now. It was the most exciting thing to say yes to but also the scariest thing I said yes to because I was finally going to step out in faith into what I believe God has called me to do. So you may ask, what did I say yes to, well 6 months ago I said yes to move to Tulsa, Oklahoma for an internship with @life.church and with the @lifechurchinternship team to reach students, families, and people for Jesus and let me tell you it’s been the best thing I have said yes to in my life. The people I have met, the life change I have seen, and the change that the Lord has done in my heart has just been so humbling and a huge honor. I want to say a huge shout out to all of my North Denver fam who built me up to come to Tulsa, I love yall so much. A huge shoutout to all of my new fam at Midtown Tulsa, you welcomed me with open arms and made me a part of your family and I have learned so much from every single one of you, I wouldn’t be where I am if it weren’t for yall(I’m now using southern language😉) Then to my amazing Midtown team, you know who you are, thank you for believing in me and for showing me what it means to truly love the people of God very single day. To my amazing host family, Eddisu and Randy, who loved me and were with me every step of the way. Thank you for everything and I can’t say thank you enough for all that you guys have done for me, may the Lord continue to bless you both. So, you may ask, alright what’s next? I have the incredible honor of saying that I am now the new associate youth pastor @lifechurchshawnee Let me tell you that this is just the beginning, He is inviting and taking me on this amazing journey with him to go and build His Kingdom, to reach every student, family, and person for Jesus! So I want you to know that I once was lost and then He found me, I once felt unworthy of His love and He reminded me that nothing can separate me from His love. I once felt that He couldn’t use me but then He said He has great plans for me. Always remember that He loves you and that our God wants to use you too! by @mayo_martin
These past few days have been nothing else but special and I thank the Lord for that. As I got to be back home for the holidays, I got to spend time with the 3 most incredible people that I love the most in this world. It was a time of so much laughter, tears on my end😂 deep conversations, gratitude towards God because of how good He has been, more laughter, and movie nights. These past few months, as I have pursued to what I believe God has called me to do for His kingdom, it has been so rewarding in so many ways and I thank the Lord for that but I have also had times where it’s been challenging and time after time, these 3 people have been by my side, supporting me, listening to me, encouraging me, pushing me, believing in me, and most importantly loving me through it all. Mom, dad, @_rubidenver you have always supported me in my dreams and what I believe God has called me to do and I thank God every single day that I get to be a part of this amazing family. I felt your love in so many ways these past few days and I am just left with so much gratitude. Thank you, thank you for always loving me. Mom, dad, Rubi, even though I am miles away, you guys always find a way to show me just how much you love me and I am forever grateful for that! Love you guys and I can’t wait for you to come visit me here in Oklahoma so I can show you all the amazing BBQ and tacos😎 by @mayo_martin
Dear grandma, I love you, their are not enough words to even begin to describe just how much I miss you and how much I love you, it is so hard saying good bye but thank you for all that you have taught me, thank you for all of your wisdom, your love, your patience, your warm embrace every time I saw you and you would hug me, calling me your “pan de Dios” oh how much I miss hearing you say that, you have taught me something so valuable in my life and that is the importance of family and the love of family. My dear grandma, I was so bless to have a grandma like you, thank you for showing me what a faith-filled, loving, strong, caring, great listener, wise, a fighter, always determined, always persistent, always present, always selfless towards us, and a Godly person who loves their family with all their heart, thank you for teaching me that and helping me understand the value and importance of family. You sense of humor always made me smile and my most beautiful moments were when I would sit back and just watch the room be filled with so much life, love, and the beautiful gathering of family and I would just sit back and watch you laugh, smile so big, your eyes widen and fill up with so much of Gods life and love, in those moments is when I would sit back and say Lord thank you for this moment, this is what you meant when you talked about a family filled with your love and community and it started with one Godly, strong and loving woman which is you grandma, thank you for giving me those moments and that blessing, thank you. Grandma, you have a special place grandma with Gods help when I graduate, their is a special place for you with Gods help when I get married, their is a special place for you with Gods help when I have my first child, and their is a special place with Gods help when I get my first house, and their is always going to be a special place for you in my heart. I love you with all that I am and will miss you and I hope to see you one day with my all gracias and loving Father, my King. Sincerely, Your Pan De Dios by @mayo_martin
This past week was one of the biggest blessings I got to witness and experience, I was reminded of the important things in life, being present and truly enjoying the blessings and miracles that God has bless me with in every moment. Even though the seasons have been tough and we got together because of a difficult situation, I truly saw how much God has moved and intervened in one mans life which was my grandpa and how God has been so faithful, loving, and good to my family even when I don’t feel Him, even when its hard to believe He is good I know that God is right there, and is not going to leave even when I find it hard to believe in Him. I got to see the fruits of what my grandpa had built with his family, with friends, the community and with the future generation. One of my favorite moments of this whole trip was how I got one night with my dad, just him and I, we were looking out into the beautiful ocean and he told me how when he was 17 he stood there and looked at the horizon and felt God had something bigger for him than what he was doing and he felt God tugging on his heart, telling him that their was more for him to see and do. Then he told me how he could not believe that in this same place where he once stood is now standing right next to his son, in that moment I felt the faithfulness and goodness of God in my family. That He is not done with us and that this is just the beginning and the best is yet to come. I am super grateful for my dad being faithful to the tug from God and that I am the fruit of that obedience, thank you dad and I love you with all my heart and thank you for being obedient to what God put in your heart now and forever, it’s truly inspiring. Like the song from @elevationworship says, “I’ve got miracles on miracles, a million little miracles, count your miracles, one, two, three, four, I can’t even count them all, like how you redeemed my mother, you redeemed my father, even in the death of my brother, you are closer than no other, oh you broke my chains, you saved my life, you set me free, you gave me victory, you kept my mind on you, you healed my body Jesus, I’ve got miracles on miracles”, thank you Jesus by @mayo_martin
