The City is actively working with local partners to address ongoing concerns about illegal activities from bicyclists.As part of this active effort, Mayor Hernandez is bringing our community and agency partners together to continue the conversations around current enforcement efforts and updates to our existing ordinances.Join Mayor Rachel Hernandez, the Chief of Riverbank Police Services, and leaders from the Riverbank, Modesto, and Sylvan School Districts as we gather for a community meeting to discuss the ongoing concerns surrounding organized unsafe ride-out activity.What to expect: How local law enforcement is addressing these issues, as well as existing laws within our city. I am sharing my whole heart with this 2025 Mayor Portrait 📖 From organizing and leading other young people, to volunteering for our underserved community before I knew what it truly meant to me, being an orchestra nerd (and proud of it! lol), and riding donkeys in Mexico because life out there was much more “simple”… my heart has been in service. I was looking through the thousands of photos in my archive and if we ever took a photo, I saw you - and I appreciate you. Above all, I am here to serve and bring you along with me.
