This clothing is inspired by the walls of Armenian churches and their architectural details if you look closely, you can see their forms in the silhouettes. The skirt is assembled from these motifs, while the flower on the chest refers to the ornaments often found inside churches. The headpiece is inspired by the image of Armenian holy fathers and their traditional vestments. At its core, the design also reflects the influence of Jonathan Anderson. by @mayrumen

The costume was created by me, with the headpiece inspired by the latest works of Jonathan Anderson. The look explores the balance between sharp tailoring and feminine softness: a structured front contrasted with an open back, creating a dialogue between strength and intimacy. Soft fabric, the blue collar line, and the rose detail on the chest emphasize the depth of the silhouette and the idea of tenderness within form. by @mayrumen

Mayrum is an ancient Armenian word meaning “in the mother”, symbolizing the beginning of all things.
The collection is inspired by ancient Armenian Christian ornaments found on the walls of historic churches. These sacred patterns, passed down through generations, are reinterpreted through fabric and modern silhouettes. Each piece reflects a dialogue between tradition and contemporary design, preserving cultural heritage in a new, wearable form. by @mayrumen
