Our fall baking isn’t complete without these pumpkin chocolate chip cookies! 🎃🍪 They’re soft, chewy, delicious, and seriously so easy to make. The perfect cozy treat for a fall day—save this recipe for your next baking session! 🤎

~ PUMPKIN CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES ~

• 1/2 cup butter, softened
• 1 1/2 cups sugar
• 1 cup canned pumpkin
• 1 egg
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 2 1/2 cups flour
• 1 teaspoon baking soda
• 1 teaspoon baking powder
• 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
• 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• milk chocolate or vanilla chips; one bag

Cream butter & sugar in large mixing bowl. Add pumpkin, egg & vanilla; beat until light & creamy. Mix in dry ingredients until well blended. Mix in chocolate chips. Drop by rounded tablespoons onto greased (or parchment paper) cookie sheet.

Bake at 350° F. oven for 12 minutes. Cool on wire racks. After cooled, keep in airtight container to retain softness.
