#Squats felt easy and smooth today, despite a persistent hamstring cramp/pull that’s been present for 4 days. I had some preworkout and actually got 5.5 hrs of sleep last night. It’s tough managing with insomnia...thank you for the video @pvstrong_aep and for the preworkout! I totally got stage fright once I noticed Phil recording (video is cut off because it was unanticipated). Once I noticed he was recording, I also realized I wasn’t wearing my belt! First rep felt solid but second, my form became sloppy - I threw back my hips a bit. So I did another set to redeem myself. First heavy lift in about 2 or more weeks. So glad I got over the mental hurdle and lifted. Felt nice to have a support system at the gym..that’s new to me. 😅🙂 taken in Crunch Fitness by @mayzow
