Sebagai pemilik beberapa usaha #umkmlokal, saya ingin bantu masyarakat #umkmnaikkelas (yang sering dijanjikan pemerintah).

Namun, untuk saya dapat menjalankan usaha, saya membutuhkan tenaga kerja yang dewasa, berakhlak, beretika, dan rasa tanggung jawab yang cukup untuk dijadikan karyawan tetap jangka panjang.

Sayang sekali, kualitas SDM saat ini ingin gaji yang besar dan tetap namun kinerjanya merugikan reputasi, kualitas, standar dan pelanggan usaha saya.

Adakah solusi lain supaya kita semua dapat saling bantu di ekonomi ini? Jujur saya sudah bingung dengan turnover rate SDM, apalagi setelah lebaran.

The final post is more than a year late, hehe! An accountability post. The time I injured my arm and still had to #makethingshappen. Seems that the engine is about to revvvvvv from June next month with our global partner (pictured). While both parties have been dealing with other significant attributes, perhaps the upcoming merge will be our sign of a breakthrough.

🌎 At the time of writing in May 2025, I am happy to announce that I now have an exemplary Taiwan-based #genderequalityforall NGO on board, the Taiwan Gender Equity Education Association. Our alliance continues from USA, Thailand, South Korea, Japan, and Taiwan.

Thank you once again to all the bubb crew who continues to support me and the TEGAR Foundation. To more powerful weightlifting, emotional strength training, clear communications to come as we put our gameface for the winters the society face! 💘
