Cruisin’ through the Carolina backroads in my GTI, windows down, sunroof wide open, with Ella Langley’s “Dandelion” cranked up so loud the whole neighborhood knows I’m unapologetically an Ella Fella! 🌼🚗💨 That sassy, feel-good beat hits different when you’re shifting gears and singing every word like your life depends on it. Zero shame, maximum vibes—life’s too short not to blast your favorite artist on repeat while the wind messes up your hair and the engine purrs like it approves. Pure summer freedom, baby!

Ready to get this MK6 GTI Prom-ready! 🚗✨ Part 1 of detailing my son’s ride: hitting every crevice with the vacuum to suck out loose dirt & debris, then bringing in the Tornador to blast out that stubborn embedded dirt from the carpets and seats. Watching the grime disappear is so satisfying 😮‍💨
Who else is prepping their car for a big event? Drop a 🔥 if you’re a detailer parent!

🚢 Did you know Savannah’s iconic Talmadge Memorial Bridge soars 185 feet high so massive cargo ships (longer than 4 football fields!) can cruise underneath to the busy port? 😱 Built in 1991 as a sleek cable-stayed beauty, it replaced an old bridge that kept getting bumped by tall ships. The whole thing stretches nearly 2 miles and dominates the skyline!
But Savannah itself is pure magic: America’s first planned city with 22 shady squares, Sherman gifted the whole city to Lincoln as a Christmas present in 1864, and you can legally stroll the Historic District with an open cocktail in hand 🍹. Home of the Girl Scouts founder, Forrest Gump scenes, and that spooky Spanish moss that’s actually a flowering plant!
Ghostly old bridge piers still stand as reminders, and the mayor once snuck out at night to hang the controversial Talmadge signs. Southern charm meets wild history!
