Did you know we don’t just treat injuries we can also give advice on preventing injury.

If you want to improve your running, start weightlifting, get quicker on your bike, avoid long term shoulder issues or simply want some advice on avoiding injuries whilst training then we can help.

You can easily book in via direct message and we can assess function, range of movement or strength and give the advice you need.

The clinic is kitted out in @united_s_c so we can observe you running, lifting weights or simply moving.

Here at @united_s_c which just happens to be one of the best kitted out gyms in the area 👍

Our clinic is based in a fully functioning gym. This means we can assess you on the treadmill, or in the gym & see how you move.
