Ten years ago today I meet my girl, my best friend.. My Mama used to say "Like because of and Love despite of" I like her because she is beautiful inside out, she has the kindest heart.These are old pictures, and I chose them on purpose —
because that’s the girl l knew kwanza,my friend, my best friend.

Ten years of friendship 🥹✨
Ten years of love, growth, laughter, lessons, and unwavering support.

You have such a beautiful heart — kind, understanding, loving, and pure. You love yourself in the most graceful way, and through you, I learned how to love myself too. From dressing with confidence to standing boldly in who I am, you taught me that self-love is power.

You also opened my mind. You taught me how to read books, how to sit with knowledge, and how to grow through words. Somewhere between those pages, I became wiser, more grounded, more thoughtful — and that’s because of you.

In the middle of our friendship, God blessed you with a beautiful baby girl — a little angel I loved even before she was born 🤍 She is such a precious part of my heart, a living reminder of the love you carry within you.

You have always been there for me, in every season, without hesitation. And today, as I take a new step in my life, you are right here celebrating me — just as you always have. That kind of love is rare.

You are intelligent, graceful, and yes — you truly have the best English of anyone I know 😌✨

Today my heart is full. Watching you graduate is more than just a proud moment — it’s a reminder of how far God has brought you. You’ve worked so hard, prayed through challenges, and kept your faith steady, and now you’re walking into a new chapter marked with grace.

I’m so grateful to God for your life, for your strength, and for the man you’re becoming. May His favour go before you, may His light guide you, and may every dream in your heart unfold beautifully in His perfect timing.

🤍To My Mother in Heaven 🌸

Dear Mama,

It’s been 13 years since you left, and not a single day passes without a thought of you. Things have never been the same — not in a bad way, just softer, deeper. The world slowed down a little after you went home to heaven. I see life differently now — not as a race, but as a prayer, not as a storm, but as a song that still carries your name.

Funny thing, Mama — I drink soda now! You’d laugh at that. But still, no fresh milk for me; I never quite made peace with it or loved it, and I think you’d understand. I'm into herbalism...I know funny right 😀😀 I'm my mother's child..

I love cooking these days, but I still haven’t mastered chapati the way you did. No one cooks chapati like you — or maybe deep down I just want to keep it that way, so that taste always belongs to you.

I’m almost done with school now. You’d be so proud...
I’ve fallen, been broken, and healed — yet through it all, God has been faithful. I’m a strong believer in Christ now. My journey with Jesus isn’t easy, but I’m trying. He’s held me where life couldn’t, and taught me grace where I once only knew grief.

I’ve learned alot in life but I find this one beautiful, Mama —
🌿 Grace is when God gives us good things we don’t deserve.
🌿 Mercy is when He spares us from the bad things we do deserve.
🌿 Blessings are when He’s generous with both.
And Mama, I am blessed — truly blessed.

The Word of God says the dead and the living have nothing in common, and I know that’s true. But you were my mother — the vessel God used to bring me into this world. For that, I’ll always be grateful. Thank you for saying “yes” to God’s plan for me.

I hope heaven is peaceful and full of laughter. I hope you’ve met your parents and your brother, and that you smile every time you see me trying to live right, trying to love like you did. Say hi to my grandma your mother tell her I kinda have a heart like her's.,a kind heart

I miss you every single day — in quiet moments, in sunlight, in dreams. But I’m fine. You’ll always live here, in the home my heart built for you.

For everytime I celebrate my birthday I celebrate two things.
1. I celebrate the reason why I was born not just the day .
2.. I'm acknowledging the fact that time is running out.
Celebration of my birthday is an acknowledgement that I don't have forever in this earth.
It's my pray and desire that by the time God calls me I Will not go in shame and pain and start giving excuses saying but God I didn't finish this and I didn't do this and that ....
Not my Will but God's Will.
