Had a lot of fun shooting in Hainault forest @woodlandtrust today with @leecooperphotography @sony.unitedkingdom @sonyalpha

Learned a lot, played with some very cool kit and definitely inspired. Need to take more time finding new angles and compositions, finding the light and just test shots.

This was on the 8-14mm fisheye, which at 8mm it is an incredibly unique, very funny lens to use. At 14mm I managed this shot, which still forces me to get very close and into the thick of the woodlands.

I got to play with a few other lenses, Sony 70-200mm, 16-35mm, 24-105 and most of all test out the A7V (which I may or may not be eyeing up a purchase). Such a great event to test out kit!

One tip that stuck with me is to go back to spots you've already been to, different time of day, different season, different lens/composition and to try again.

Here are a few shots of St Paul's, this time at the reflection garden in the day time (that harsh light was not doing me favours for the long exposure!)
