POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Art For Real. Outside the stage.

Art as a form of resistance, memory and reclamation.

In Ninga Mìnèh (2021), Anishinaabe-French artist Caroline Monnet @coco.monnet used construction materials to confront housing inequalities affecting Indigenous communities in Canada.

A reminder that art can make visible what society too often overlooks.

Yenny Yuka has always been driven by creation.
Today, he works as a creative director and runs his own production company @luckygoatprod

Art isn’t just what happens on stage. It’s the breath, the silence, and everything in between.

We captured the moments where music is built, the adjustments and the conversations.

Resting and Reclining Figures @guimtio

The art of resting. In a world that glorifies movement, production, and measurable outcomes, choosing stillness feels almost rebellious. We’ve been taught to equate our worth with what we produce, to fill every pause with purpose, to run even when we’re tired. Yet there is something deeply human, almost sacred, in slowing down. In doing nothing and letting the mind wander. In listening to the quiet instead of filling it. Rest is not absence, it’s presence, a way of returning to ourselves before the noise of the world takes over again. That’s what I’m trying to do even by a 5 min nap. I will always admired those who manage to live in rhythm with themselves, who don’t let urgency dictate their pace, who create from calm instead of chaos. Maybe rest is not a break from life but a part of it, the space where art, clarity, and strength are quietly reborn. @mbolistic by @mbolistic
