We set bold goals for housing in our borough with our 2023 report, Housing Manhattanites. Today, we're proud to release our update: Housing Manhattanites 2025. In just 2 years, over 9,000 new units of housing from sites identified in our 2023 report are moving forward, ranging from 100% affordable to market-rate.

Since our 2023 housing report, Housing Manhattanites, nearly 10,000 new units of housing on sites identified in the report are moving forward in Manhattan. Thousands more on untapped but viable sites are ready to be unlocked.

Our 2025 update to Housing Manhattanites identifies more opportunity for housing in our borough, including from sites submitted by Manhattanites eager to see new housing come to Manhattan.

We're proud to support the crucial work of @hopecenterharlem in bringing mental health to the streets of Manhattan and to those who need it most! This morning, BP Levine joined the HOPE Center to celebrate $540,000 from our office to make this mission a reality. by @mbpmarklevine

It’s that time of year again! With the federal administration threatening access to food for our communities, our annual Thanksgiveaway is a priority. We want to make sure families have food on the table this holiday season — join us this Tuesday at the United Palace while supplies last. Tickets are required and will be provided on a first come, first served basis.
