The younger me was not certain about what the future would hold Then I found construction and everything started to change It gave me purpose discipline and direction It taught me that success is earned through hard work resilience and never giving up Looking back now I realise construction did not just give me a career It helped shape the person I have become by @mc125ing

Last year we were all set to take to the skies in our Amps&Decks hot air balloon. 🎈The sun was shining, the vibes were high, and I thought that was all we needed. Turns out, hot air balloons don’t just need sunshine – they need the right weather conditions too! 🌬️So, the flight never happened… but the dream didn’t disappear.This year, we’re going again. Bigger energy, same vision, and hopefully this time we’ll finally get airborne. 🚀Round two… let’s see if the weather is on our side. 🎈🔥 by @mc125ing
