While supper clubs have been on a hiatus for the last 6 months since we moved to France, we have been enjoying the culinary delights and traditions of the country we are lucky enough to call home. The steak frites, oeuf mayonnaise, soupe à l’oignon, galettes, and many more, are all underscored by incredible produce and producers. The connection between what is eaten and the people who put it on the table, is so strong here. Add a few delicious bottles of wine to the mix….. life is good here! Last night was an incredible showcase of Irish produce and a catalyst for conversation, all taking place in our communal table style. Developed in Geelong, Australia and now with a sold out event in Dublin, Ireland, Tom and I could not be prouder (or more exhausted). Thank you to the Fumbally team, and particularly our hands on the floor and in the kitchen last night; Clara, Nik, Luis and Vinny. While that is our last supper club on the cards at the moment, we hope you stick around as we move to the French countryside and take our passion for cooking and hosting to the next level. Corfu/Kerkyra eats. Really made the most of having access to a kitchen and the local fruit and vegetable stand just down the road. Corfiot cuisine highlights included dacos salad, pastitsada, sofrito and kumquat liqueur. by @mc___maison

Food round up from an amazing time eating in and around BKK. Highlights included amazing fresh market produce, congee, patongo with pandan custard, Pad See Ew from Jai Rad Na Noodle, mango sticky rice and amazing Thai craft beers (and much, much more) taken in Bangkok, Thailand by @mc___maison
