What a great day. Crossed the finish line of Ironman #8 in Ottawa.
This one was special!
Nothing short of how tough an Ironman should be. They are never easy nor never taken for granted.
It takes a lot of support from so many people to make this happen. Life is never easy; add in an Ironman and things get busier.

Thank you to everyone that supported, tracked, cheered and prayed for our family over the past year. It helped - a lot. by @mcampane

Ironman #7 is done.
Emilia Romagna, Italy.
Ironman’s largest weekend race ever.

3.8k swim
180k bike
42k run (or walk🤣)

These are never easy. Some tougher than others for sure. And this was a tough one for me. Onwards and upwards.
