This week's #LeadershipSpotlight features a wahine changing how families access pediatric care in Hawaiʻi. 🦆💛

Meet Dr. Suma Metla, Founder of @ThreeLittleDucksHawaii, a pediatric physical therapy practice dedicated to ensuring families have access to trusted guidance and support during the most important years of a child's development. A licensed pediatric physical therapist, Dr. Metla founded Three Little Ducks in 2022 with one simple but powerful goal: to help families thrive.

We are so proud to have her as a PTMLA Cohort 8 graduate, current WE by CPB Rising Tide Cohort 6 participant, 2025 PBN 40 Under 40 Honoree, and our very own 2025 Shop Small Hawaii Kokua Awards — Small Business Neighborhood Champion Winner! 🏆

Speaking of which, the Shop Small Hawaii Kokua Awards are coming back this October! Know a small business that deserves recognition? Check the link in our bio or our pinned post to learn more and nominate! 🔗
