Grab something heavy, brace your core and extend your hips to pick it up. Doesn’t get any more functional than that!

I am so grateful that I played this sport alongside of my best of friends and what feels like brothers. 12 years of this sport has taught me so many things and taken me through ups and downs. Being able to see my parents and family be there and be proud of me made all of it feel worth it. Thank you football and all of the great coaches I had along the way by @mcclellan_logan
