🎉 Happy 40th Birthday, Chad! 🎉

Today we’re celebrating the quiet force behind McCoy Construction Inc. — the guy behind the scenes who has a way of taking someone’s vision and making it come to life.

Chad is the calm of our company, the steady hand behind the scenes, and the one who always knows how to keep things light around the office. His creativity, knowledge, and dedication play such a huge part in what makes McCoy Construction what it is.

But outside of work, Chad’s greatest role is being a husband and dad to his three kids. Family is at the heart of who he is, and when he’s not working, you’ll likely find him cheering on the Minnesota Vikings 🏈, getting in a good powerlifting session 💪, or spending time with the people who matter most.

We’re so thankful for everything Chad brings to our team — both professionally and personally. The quiet ones behind the scenes are often the ones making the biggest things happen, and we’re lucky to have you!

🥳 Happy 40th, Chad! Here’s to 40 years, many more big lifts, Vikings victories, family memories, and plenty of incredible homes brought to life! 🏡💪🏈🎂

Help us wish Chad a very Happy 40th Birthday! 🎉 by @mccoyconstruction

This weekend is your LAST CHANCE to check out the @hbasiouxempire_hbase Fall Parade of Homes!

@mccoyconstruction brought us into their build, Home #32, to install five motorized screens on the patio. They’re durable, sleek, and easy to operate, giving the homeowner a true outdoor living space, not just a patio.

Stop by Home #32 this weekend, September 19 & 20, from 1-5pm both days. Find more information on the HBASE website! taken in Tea, South Dakota by @mccoyconstruction

🎉 Happy 40th Birthday to Chad M of McCoy Construction! 🎉

Today we’re celebrating the man who wears many hats—and somehow makes it all look easy.

As the face of McCoy Construction, he’s always just a phone call away, solving problems, putting out fires, and making sure every project keeps moving forward. While his days are often filled with meetings, calls, and client conversations, he’s never afraid to throw on his tool belt and get his hands dirty when needed.

Beyond the jobsite, he’s a devoted husband, proud father of four, and a family man through and through. Whether he’s building dream homes for our clients or making memories with his wife and children, his dedication, work ethic, and leadership inspire all of us.

When he’s not working, you’ll likely find him on the lake surrounded by the people he loves most. That’s his happy place—and well deserved.

Please join us in wishing him a very happy 40th birthday! Here’s to celebrating an incredible leader, builder, husband, father, and friend. We hope this next chapter brings as much joy and success as you’ve given to those around you.

🎂 Happy 40th Birthday! 🎂 🎈🎉
