Poludnica by Michaela Cisarikova // Part of JV2 2026 Triple Bill Sharing a glimpse of Poludnica by Michaela Cisarikova - a work that brings together folk, hip hop and contemporary movement, inspired by the Slavic legend of the Noon Witch. But behind every movement is an extraordinary ensemble of 11 dancers, each bringing their own experience, culture, physicality and perspective to the stage. Together, they create a force that shifts between strength and vulnerability, ritual and rebellion, connection and isolation. As they move through the relentless heat of the wheat field, something begins to emerge. The landscape breathes, bends and remembers. JV2 Triple Bill on Tour this Autumn Featuring 11 international dancers and three distinct choreographic voices. 📍 JV H.O.M.E, Ashford // 2 & 3 October 📍 Corn Exchange, Newbury // 23 September 📍 Riley Theatre, Leeds // 26 September #JV2 #JVTripleBill #ContemporaryDance #Dance #EmergingArtists by @mcdc_co
