What a fun and awesome time! From the convo to the snacks, to production, this project was dope!! This was the second time I've creatively spearheaded a project in terms of cinematography. Having this control allowed pieces to clearly come together in mind. This was such a learning experience! Although we had natural light, I paid attention to the sun - to its attributes. I took notes, I learned!

Thank you @elcharlesrojas for entrusting me to visually capture your vision!

𝗢𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗴

Years ago I had the extreme pleasure and opportunity to make my first documentary, a snippet of the life of my mother, who is one of the reasons that I am in media today!

I wrote a treatment, assembled a crew of wonderful people and we got the working! Inspired by many, I decided to share documentary here. Thank You God for the grace and strength that You gave me to take on such an endeavor, especially at the time! And thank you to the 'Overcoming' crew! Without you, I could not have gotten this done. Thank you!

This was a project near and dear to my heart, as I got to work with my twin @iamjessjohnson and help get her business off the ground, and because I got to work with @nick_p______. @curious_banana_j, it's always a pleasure!

A little bts from a shoot that I DP'd back in August. A sit-down interview or fireside chat if you will.

This project holds a special place in my heart because of the experience had, the subject matter and who I was working and partnering with.

@jaden.walkering, I thoroughly enjoyed working with you, and it is a pleasure to know you! 👍🏾 @billdenzel and @jewsforjesus, thank you for the opportunity and trusting me to bring forth your vision for this shoot to fruition! 🙏🏽

Thank you!

Big ups to my brother from another mother @armordtribe91! Love you bro! May God cause the boundary lines to fall in pleasant places for you, enlarge your territory and continue to bless the work of your hands.
