Singing with us for the very first time as tenor soloist for our Christmas concert will be Patrick McGinley.

Patrick began his musical journey with piano lessons at age six, earning a Grade 8 Honours Certificate from the Royal Irish Academy of Music. He sang in his local church choir and later joined the Moville Gospel Choir. At 14, he became part of the choir band as pianist and band director. In 2013, McGinley joined the Maynooth University Chamber Choir, touring internationally and winning two gold diplomas at the Canta en Primavera Festival in Spain. He contributed to the choir’s first album and participated in their victory at the Llangollen Eisteddfod, which led to tours in the United States and China. Patrick is also a member of the renowned Irish vocal ensemble Anúna, performing across Europe.
