POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

One of the world’s most beautiful wedding venues is hidden in plain sight.

At the feet of Christ the Redeemer in Rio de Janeiro sits the tiny Chapel of Our Lady of Aparecida (Capela de Nossa Senhora Aparecida), a peaceful Catholic sanctuary tucked discreetly into the base of the iconic monument.

Many visitors don’t realize that this isn’t just a chapel to admire, it’s a fully functioning place of worship where couples can actually celebrate weddings and baptisms. Due to its intimate size, ceremonies are kept very small, making the experience all the more special.

The entrance, located at the rear of the monument, offers a serene escape from the crowds and a chance to discover one of Rio’s most meaningful hidden gems.

Would you say “I do” here?
I can make it happen!

Travel isn’t about ticking destinations off a list, it’s about how deeply you feel your life.

It’s the little things: unfamiliar streets, new flavors, unexpected conversations.

The moments that catch you off guard and stay with you long after you’re home.

Experiences > things. Always!!

Years from now, you won’t remember what you bought; you’ll remember
-Getting lost
-Laughing with strangers
-Chasing sunsets
-Living in a way that felt real.

Travel doesn’t just take you places.
It gives you stories, perspective, and memories that become part of who you are.

Go for the memories. Stay for the experiences.

International Travel Documents Checklist for Children….
1. Passports
Every traveler, including children, needs a valid passport.
Passports for children under 16 are usually valid for 5 years.

2. Consent Letter
If traveling without the other parent, a notarized letter of consent from the non traveling parent is strongly recommended.
This letter should state that the parent gives permission for the child to travel and include travel details. You are in luck, book with me and I have a form letter that I can send you.

3. Proof of Relationship
Required in some situations (if you and the child have different last names or if the child is not with a parent). A birth certificate or adoption paperwork can serve as proof.

4. Custody Documentation
If there are custody arrangements, bring court orders or other legal documentation proving your right to travel with the child.

5. Visa
Depending on the destination country and the child’s citizenship, a visa may be required. Always verify visa requirements well in advance.

6. Other Documents
Some countries may ask for:
Immunization records
Medical documents
Travel insurance information

BIG changes happening at Southwest Airlines -

Southwest Airlines will no longer allow bags to fly free. The airline announced that it will begin charging some customers who check luggage in May.

The airline will continue to offer two free checked bags to Rapid Rewards A-List Preferred Members as well as passengers flying on Business Select fares. One free checked bag will be allowed for A-List Members, while one checked bag will be credited for Rapid Rewards Credit Card members.

All other customers who do not qualify for the free bag options will be charged beginning May 28. The airline did not specify how much it would cost to check a bag.

Bucket List ✅ to watch Notre Dame play and it happened today vs USC at the Coliseum.

Such a beautiful day, we tailgated with USC players families. The food was delicious but the company was top notch. Awesome seats front & center BUT the very best part - field passes 🤭 I know it was so cool.

A HUGE thank you to @shawnbuckner for making it ALL happen.

Travel tips from an expert…..

1. Checking a bag in, throw an Airtag into your suitcase, so you can always track where it is.

2. Allocate all of your spending on a credit card that racks up points.

3. If convenience is more important than money, prioritize early morning flights; they’re the least likely to be delayed or canceled.

3. Make sure to get TSA PreCheck, CLEAR, or Global Entry to expedite the security process.

4. Working with a great travel agent (ME!) is the most valuable. I get access to exclusive discounts, tours, or accommodations that you couldn’t leverage otherwise.

Happy travels!✈️🌎

DID YOU KNOW that your passport needs to be valid for 6 months after the date of your return from your international vacation?!?

WHY…
1. Suppose your passport expires during your travels, then you cannot return home until you receive an emergency travel document.

2. The six month passport validity rule is enforced because nations do not want to risk having travelers overstaying their passport validity.

Add to your TO DO LIST:
✅Check the expiration date of your passport.
